All School Announcements

Just a few reminders and points to share today

- Tomorrow is the last day of school with a 1pm dismissal.  NO CAVclub this day. 

- Please note there were revisions made to the 2025-2026 academic calendar.  It is also on our website 2025-2026 acdemic calendar.pdf 

- The ACSS Central Office will observe summer hours in June and July.  Each Friday the office will close at 1pm. 

INFORMATION RELATING TO PAST DUE TUITION, OVERDUE LUNCH ACCOUNTS, AND FINES:

- PAST DUE tuition and overdue lunch accounts must be paid by tomorrow, the last day of school. Your Infinite Campus accounts will be blocked and transcripts/report cards will not be released until those amounts are paid in full.  Thank you for your attention to this area.

- If your 6-12 grade student has any fines assigned to them (often relating to chromebook condition or lost books) you will receive an email with notice of such fines.  Once the fine notifications are sent to parents the Infinite Campus accounts belonging to those families will be locked  and transcripts/report cards will not be released  until the fine is paid. Thank you for your attention to this area.  The unpaid fines will be added to your Finalsite account after May 28.

PreK-5 Grade Update: 

PTO Leadership Opportunity

• We are currently looking for someone interested in leading the PTO for the     2025–2026 school year. If you feel called to serve in this role, please     contact Mrs. Tammy Kost at tammy.kost@aberdeenroncalli.org.
• Report Cards will be sent home on Thursday, May 22nd.

Upcoming Events--

• Kindergarten Graduation:  RPS Gym | Monday, May     19 @ 1:30 PM. The gym doors will open at 1:00.
• K–5 Track & Field Day:  RHS Track | Tuesday, May     20th @ 8:00 - 11:00 AM. All K-5 students will be dropped off at RHS with     normal dismissal at each building.
• Preschool–5th Grade Final Mass:  Sacred Heart | Wednesday,              May 21st @ 8:30 AM
• 5th Grade Graduation:  RES Gym | Wednesday, May     21st @ 9:30 AM
• Last Day of School: Thursday, May 22nd @ 1:00 PM
      Note: There will be no CAVClub after school.

6-12 Grade Update: 

·        Congratulations to all the students who wonawards today.  You should be very proud of your accomplishments.

·        Graduation is this Saturday May 17^th,Mass is at 4:00pm with graduation to follow.

·        HS semester tests will be 5/20-5/22 for high school students. - Only those who have earned a B (87%) or higher, have missed FEWER than 10 days, or had FEWER

        than 5 tardies in a class in a semester are exempt from a class’s final test.

·        The last day of school is next Thursday May 22^nd with1:00pm dismissal. 

FYI: The 2025 Graduates will all have a laundry basket “giftbasket” on the stage at RHS from May 15-17 for anyone who might like toleave a gift for a graduate or two.
