I am starting my 24th year of teaching. In addition to Roncalli, I have also taught in Huron and Brookings.  I have always taught 1st and 2nd grades.

I am a graduate of Roncalli High School,  South Dakota State University and Black Hills State University.

I have been married for 23 years to Scott, who  retired in January, 2006, from the South Dakota Highway Patrol after 25 years of service.  He now works for the Primrose Corporation. That's a very interesting twist, since I taught at that building when it was being used by Roncalli as our new RPS was being built! Our children are Logan, who is a Senior at Roncalli High School, and Alyssa, who is a 8th grader at Roncalli Junior High.

I enjoy walking, camping, reading, being with my family and friends, and of course, cheering for the Roncalli Cavaliers!  Logan is playing football (GO #2)and Alyssa is playing Volleyball (GO #1)!!!!!
