A little about me...

Name: Katie King Peterson

Age: 28

Weight: Not on your life.

Status: I married Zach Peterson last summer.

Education: I graduated from Roncalli High School in 1997, attended Franciscan University of Steubenville for two years, and graduated from the University of Sioux Falls in 2001. I taught 4th and 5th grade in the Sioux Falls Catholic Schools  before coming back to Aberdeen. This will be my fifth year at Roncalli. 

Family: My parents are Rory and Susan, and I am the oldest of eight (Alex, Patrick, Caroline, Thomas, Madeline, Dominic and Genevieve) children.

Loves: Forgiveness, shoes, babies that when crying I can give back to their mothers, reading (the final Harry Potter was everything I hoped and more!), my students, Project Runway, Derek Jeter, Catholicism, watching all kinds of baseball from the Smittys to the Yankees, sleeping late in the morning, Diet Pepsi, and sitting around the dinner table with Zach and my family.

Dislikes: Abortion and those who don't take a stand against it, Barry Bonds, busy work, most country music, people who don't wash their hands after going to the bathroom, disloyalty, and the Vikings.
