Welcome to my home page.  There are 16 children in my class.  We have 8 boys and 8 girls.  I am so happy that you have chosen Roncalli.  School begins at 8:10 and dismisses at either 11:10 or 3:10.  If you have questions or concerns, my door is always open.

We have P.E. on Mondays and Wednesdays.  Please have your child wear tennis shoes on these days.  We have music on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  Library time will be on Thursday morning.  Mass will be every Thursday at 12:10 P.M. beginning in October.

Calendars will be sent home at the beginning of each month.  Please help your child to look at it to see what they should bring to school or what special day it is at school.

Book orders will be sent home with your child about once a month.  If you would like to order books for your child, please write a check to the book company.  Do not send cash.  Also, if there are two or three book orders, you may write just one check to "Scholastic."  This is where all of the book orders are from this year.

I look forward to getting to know your beautiful children and to working with you throughout the year.  Kindergarten is such an important year for the children.  They will learn so much about letters, numbers, shapes, patterns, rhymes, words, following rules and directions, listening, sharing, taking turns, being a good friend, and so many other skills which are so important for their success in school.  Please don't hesitate to ask me anything or to offer suggestions which may help your child learn better. Together, I know we can make this a wonderful, successful first year of school for your child. May God bless you.
