Roncalli Foundation
The Roncalli Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit
corporation established in 1971 to provide support to the
Aberdeen Catholic School System. It serves as an endowment
fund for the ACSS by making annual payments to the school
out of the growth and income its investments produce.
Gifts to the Roncalli Foundation are tax-deductible.
As of September 30, 2007, the Foundation’s asserts were
valued at $3,884,856. This total includes $271,860 in funds
segregated for charitable gift annuities. Since its founding in
1970, the Foundation has received more than $3 million in
donations and has made payments to the ACSS totaling more than
$2.4 million.
