Chess Club
Supervisor:
Months/Dates/Times the activity takes place: Meeting times for practices
are Wednesday and Thursday after school. Thursday and Friday
before school, or by appointment. Only one practice per week required
for attendance.
Matches/Competitions are spread out throughout the
year. (3 competitions total).
Maximum number of participants: No restrictions on numbers. All
interested people regardless of abilities should attend.
How membership/participation is determined: Membership is determined
through regular attendance at practices.
Special restrictions: None
Any costs associated with activity: Meals when traveling to events
Special considerations: There are separate requirements for lettering in
the activity. Please check with advisor.
